Stake UFC Betting: markets, methods and how bets settle
UFC betting at Stake covers the fight winner, method of victory, round betting and props for every card from Fight Night to numbered pay-per-views. Learn how the markets work and what happens on draws, no contests and cancelled bouts.
UFC betting on Stake
UFC betting at Stake sits in the MMA section of the Stake Sportsbook. Every UFC card, from numbered events to Fight Night shows, is listed with a main market for each bout and, as the event approaches, deeper props. Stake.com was announced in 2021 as the UFC's official betting partner for Latin America and Asia and was later reported to have extended the deal to Brazil; sponsorship arrangements change and are regional, so treat that as background rather than a promise of promotions.
Bets use your crypto balance. Funding guides are here: Bitcoin, Litecoin and USDT. If the usual address is slow or blocked on your network, the live mirror list shows working addresses with response times measured in your browser.

Core UFC markets
Fight winner
The simplest bet: which fighter wins. Odds reflect the matchup, with heavy favourites priced at 1.20 or lower and big underdogs at 5.00 or more. In American format, a -300 favourite and +240 underdog are decimal 1.33 and 3.40.
Method of victory
Bet on how the fight ends: knockout or technical knockout, submission, or decision. Each fighter has their own method line, so a bout may show six prices. Method bets pay more than the winner price because they are narrower.
Round betting and totals
Round betting asks you to pick the round in which the fight ends. Total rounds is an over/under, commonly at 1.5, 2.5 or 4.5 in three- and five-round fights. Fight goes the distance and fight does not go the distance are simple two-way markets.
Props
Typical props include whether a fighter wins by finishing, the first fighter to land a significant strike, and combos such as a fighter winning by KO in a specific round range. Availability varies and thins for prelims.
How UFC bets settle
Settlement follows the result announced by officials. The key edge cases:
- Draw: moneyline bets on either fighter lose or are refunded depending on the market rules, and a separate draw price is sometimes offered. Read the rule for your fight.
- No contest: accidental eye pokes, illegal strikes and failed drug tests can turn a result into a no contest. Fight winner bets are normally void and stakes are returned.
- Disqualification: the fighter who wins by DQ is the winner for moneyline purposes. Method markets may treat DQ as a separate outcome.
- Fight cancelled or fighter replaced: bets on a fighter who is replaced are normally void. A bout pulled from the card voids all bets on it.
- Overturned results: decisions changed later by commissions or reviews are generally not applied to settled bets.
Parlays void legs that are cancelled and recalculate at the remaining odds, though rules differ by market. This is the area where reading the terms before you bet is worth the minute it costs.
Judging fights and reading prices
MMA has a high share of finishes compared with boxing, but a large fraction of fights still go to a decision, and that is where bets get most contentious. Judges score each round on a ten-point must system, and a split decision can turn on a single round. Do not treat a decision as a coin flip, though: it is a real source of variance that prices already reflect.
Weight class, reach, wrestling base, cardio and short-notice replacements all matter, and they are public knowledge. Prices include a margin, often between 4% and 6% on a two-way market and more on method props. Shopping across methods for a better price is not an edge; it is the same margin spread differently.
Live betting and timing
Live UFC betting runs round by round. Prices shift sharply after knockdowns and takedowns, and markets suspend at the bell and between rounds. Event timing matters: main cards often start late in the evening in North America, which means early morning for much of Europe and Asia, and fights can start well after the scheduled time. Stake shows the start time of the card in your local time, but bout order and timing can change on the night.
Pros and cons
- Every UFC card listed with winner, method and round markets
- Prop and combination markets on bigger cards
- Live betting between rounds
- Crypto stakes and payouts
- Counts towards VIP progress
- Method and prop markets carry wider margins
- Draw, DQ and no-contest rules differ by market
- Short-notice replacements void many bets
- Judging decisions can feel unpredictable
- Not available in every country
Bet responsibly on fights
A fight card is short, loud and emotional, which is exactly when staking gets out of hand. Decide the total you will spend on the card before the first prelim, keep each bet small, and avoid adding to a losing night. Stake provides deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion in the account settings, and the responsible gambling guide explains them. You must be 18 or over.
FAQ
Can you bet on UFC at Stake?
Yes. UFC events appear in the MMA section of the sportsbook with fight winner, method, round and prop markets, subject to availability in your country.
What is method of victory betting?
It is a bet on how the fight ends: KO or TKO, submission or decision. Each fighter has a price for each method, and the payout is higher than a plain winner bet.
What happens to my bet if a UFC fight is a draw?
It depends on the market rules. Moneyline bets may lose or be refunded, and some books offer a separate draw price. Check the rules shown for the bout.
What is a no contest in UFC betting?
A no contest happens when a fight ends without a valid result, for example after an accidental illegal strike. Winner bets are normally void and stakes returned.
What if a fighter is replaced?
Bets on the original fighter are normally void if they are replaced. Check the terms for any parlay, as the rest of the legs usually stand.
Can I bet on UFC live?
Many fights have in-play markets that update round by round. Markets suspend at the bell and after big moments, and prices change quickly.
Is Stake a UFC betting partner?
Stake.com was announced in 2021 as the UFC's official betting partner for Latin America and Asia, and was later reported to have extended the deal to Brazil. The deals are regional and can change, so they do not guarantee any promotion.
Do UFC bets count towards VIP?
Sports wagering counts towards VIP progress; see the [VIP guide](/stake-vip).
Is there a surefire way to win UFC bets?
No. Prices include a margin and fights are unpredictable. Set a budget and treat betting as entertainment.
